הוראות לבקשת מחיקת מידע אישי

הדור הבא מכבדת את פרטיותכם. עמוד זה מסביר כיצד לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי שנאסף במסגרת כלל השירותים והערוצים שלנו — ולא רק במסגרת גיוס עובדים.

העמוד חל, לפי העניין, על מידע שנמסר או התקבל דרך אתר hadoraba.co.il, טפסים מקוונים, דוא״ל, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, טפסי לידים וקמפיינים של Meta, מערכות שירות וניהול לקוחות, תהליכי גיוס וערוצים נוספים שבהם אנו פועלים.

1. כיצד מגישים בקשה

שלחו הודעת דוא״ל לכתובת [email protected] עם הכותרת: בקשת מחיקת מידע אישי.

בבקשה ציינו:

• שם מלא.

• מספר טלפון ו/או כתובת דוא״ל שבאמצעותם פניתם אלינו.

• הערוץ הרלוונטי, למשל אתר, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, קמפיין לידים או גיוס.

• תיאור קצר של המידע או הפעילות שאליהם מתייחסת הבקשה.

• אם הפנייה קשורה לחשבון ברשת חברתית, ניתן לציין גם את שם המשתמש או קישור לפרופיל. אין לשלוח סיסמה, קוד אימות או פרטי התחברות.

2. אימות זהות

כדי למנוע מחיקה או מסירה של מידע לאדם שאינו מורשה, ייתכן שנבקש פרטים סבירים נוספים לצורך אימות הזהות והקשר למידע. לא נבקש מכם סיסמה לחשבון Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google או לכל שירות אחר.

3. מה יקרה לאחר קבלת הבקשה

נאשר את קבלת הבקשה, נאתר את המידע במערכות הרלוונטיות ונבחן אם קיימת חובה משפטית או עסקית לגיטימית להמשיך לשמור חלק ממנו. ככל שהבקשה תקפה ואין מניעה חוקית, נמחק את המידע, נתקן אותו או נגביל את השימוש בו. בדרך כלל נטפל בבקשה בתוך 30 ימים, בכפוף לדין, למורכבות הבקשה ולצורך באימות זהות.

4. חריגים לשמירה

ייתכן שלא נוכל למחוק מידע מסוים באופן מיידי כאשר שמירתו נדרשת לפי דין, לצורכי הנהלת חשבונות, אבטחה, מניעת הונאה, הגנה על זכויות, טיפול במחלוקת, תיעוד הסכמה או הגנה מפני תביעות. במקרים אלה נגביל את השימוש במידע למטרה המחייבת את שמירתו ונמחק אותו כאשר לא יהיה עוד צורך חוקי לשמור אותו.

5. הסרת הרשאה ישירות בפלטפורמות Meta

ניתן גם להסיר הרשאות או לנהל את המידע דרך הגדרות החשבון הרלוונטי ב-Facebook או Instagram. הסרת הרשאה בפלטפורמה אינה מחליפה בהכרח בקשת מחיקה של מידע שכבר הועבר אלינו, ולכן אפשר לשלוח אלינו בקשה לפי ההוראות לעיל.

Hadoraba respects your privacy. This page explains how to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data processed across our services and channels, not only recruitment.

Depending on the service used, this includes data received through hadoraba.co.il, online forms, email, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta lead forms and campaigns, customer-service systems, recruitment processes, and other enabled channels.

1. How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject: Personal Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name.

• The phone number and/or email address used to contact us.

• The relevant channel, such as our website, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, a lead campaign, or recruitment.

• A short description of the data or activity covered by the request.

• If relevant, your social-media username or profile link. Never send us a password, verification code, or login credentials.

2. Identity verification

To prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity and connection to the data. We will not ask for your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, or other account password.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, locate the relevant data, and determine whether any legal or legitimate requirement requires continued retention. Where the request is valid and no legal exception applies, we will delete or correct the data or restrict its use. We generally aim to complete requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law, request complexity, and identity verification.

4. Retention exceptions

Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, proof of consent, protection of rights, or defense of claims. In such cases, use will be limited to the purpose requiring retention, and the data will be deleted when that requirement ends.

5. Removing Meta permissions

You may also manage or remove permissions in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing a platform permission may not delete data already provided to us. To request deletion from our systems, follow the instructions above.
